Cooking class – Healthy tasty meals in minutes

In this class, Annette demonstrates how to cook some of her deliciously tasty low-fat recipes.

Depending on time allocated Annette can do 1 to 3 course meals with less than a tenth of the fat of traditional recipes. With 7 cookbooks there are plenty of recipes to choose from, we will include some suggestions for you as we plan your event. Participants will be amazed when they sample the results.
