Great tips on how to trim down for summer and Christmas
If you are wanting to lose some weight before Christmas don’t leave it until the last minute. Start now, here’s how:
- A positive mindset is important. See it, believe it, be it. Make sure you are your own cheer squad and let nothing stop you.
- Eat healthy food and be as active as you can so you have more energy to bounce through your day.
- It is a proven fact that if you write down your goals there is a greater chance of success.
One of my favourite sayings is: ‘Success is my only option’.

You need to have a plan! All the motivation in the world is not going to get you to your goal by Christmas. Start by writing down everything you consume this week. Weigh and measure everything and don’t forget to include your drinks.
By the end of the week you’ll have a clearer picture of what’s causing you to be overweight. Is it lack of exercise? Serving big portions? Snacking after dark? Or perhaps you just aren’t sure what’s healthy anymore due to all the media hype about so-called superfoods!
