This is the first time I have been under 80kg in a long time. I have lost 12kg since 1/10/2018 (the start of the test program). It’s a simple plan to follow and the food is delicious. I do have the chocolate and coffee shakes a few times a week with banana and they are the only shakes I enjoy and I have tried everything else on the market. As I’m single I love the cookbook cooking for 1 and 2 as I can make meals without too many leftovers. I have started to enjoy cooking again and meal plan every weekend now. (Kathleen)

I wanted to lose weight to be able to look at myself in the mirror again. After 6 weeks I am still not there but I have the motivation to keep going beyond the 6 week program with Annette and the gang. I know it works and a lot depends on the effort that I put in. I have lost lots of cm’s to where I can wear my clothes in comfort and I feel so much better. The cm’s I have lost around my diaphragm and middle area has allowed my breathing to improve exceptionally and as an asthmatic this is a dramatic change.
