I have lost at least 5kg and hoping to lose more. I started on Annette’s Program as I needed to lose weight and was sick of trying different things like shakes etc that never worked. I have lost weight previously following Annette’s earlier program many years ago, but life got busy, so I did not stick to it. I love the fact that I have a menu for the week to follow and I can change it to something else from her books, if need be, it fits in with my family lifestyle. Since starting the program I am now in an exercise routine which is great, and I feel better exercising regularly as well as eating normal food in a low fat way. This is the first time I have been under 80kg in a long time. I have lost 12kg (in 6 months) since starting the program. It’s a simple plan to follow and the food is delicious. I do have the chocolate and coffee shakes a few times a week with banana and they are the only shakes I enjoy and I have tried everything else on the market.
