Method
- Microwave onion in a little water on high for 5 minutes.
- Melt margarine in medium size saucepan, add flour, soup mix, stock powder mixing together well.
- Gradually beat in warmed milk using a whisk until sauce is made. Once boiled fold in tuna, onion and tarragon. Return to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
NOTE: Serve with Basmati rice or noodles (for a lower carb count use glass noodles).

Variation: Add 1 cup canned cream corn and 1 cup frozen corn kernels or add 2 cups mushrooms sliced.
