Method
- Spread pine nuts on a baking tray, place under griller until browned (be careful as they burn quickly), leave to cool.
- Stir curry powder into mayonnaise mixing together well.
- Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and fold together well. Refrigerate until required.
