Method

Preheat oven 230 C fan forced.

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into chips.
  2. Microwave on high for 8 minutes in a little water, drain well.
  3. Coat surface of baking tray generously with cooking spray. Place chips on tray and generously spray chips with cooking spray. Bake in oven on top rack for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown, turn once.

Not suitable to be frozen.

Dietitian's tip

A great way to cook potato chips that are low in total and saturated fat. This makes them ideal for people with diabetes who are overweight.
