Method
Preheat oven 230°C fan forced.
- Peel potatoes, cut into slices. Microwave with a little water on high for 5 minutes. Drain well.
- Place potato slices in a large freezer bag with parmesan cheese, basil and garlic. Tie top then shake bag so ingredients coat potato.
- Place slices of potato on a flat baking tray that has been generously coated with cooking spray then coat top of potato with cooking spray. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
