1 kilo potatoes
3 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese (Kraft®)
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon crushed garlic (in jar)

Method

Preheat oven 230°C fan forced.

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into slices. Microwave with a little water on high for 5 minutes. Drain well.
  2. Place potato slices in a large freezer bag with parmesan cheese, basil and garlic. Tie top then shake bag so ingredients coat potato.
  3. Place slices of potato on a flat baking tray that has been generously coated with cooking spray then coat top of potato with cooking spray. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
