Method
- Brown mince in a large saucepan that has been coated with cooking spray, drain well. Remove to plate.
- Using same saucepan mix in tomato puree, tomato paste, garlic, onion, oregano, stock powder and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes covered. Pepper to taste.
- Add mince to pot for 5 minutes.
Variation: For Chilli Con Carne add 1 whole can (410g) of Mexican chilli beans. Taste sauce, if you want it hotter add ¼ teaspoon chilli powder.
