Method
Preheat oven 230°C fan forced.
- Peel and cut vegetables to your liking. Keep onion whole.
- Microwave with a little water for 10 minutes on high, drain.
- Place vegetables on tray that’s been generously coated with cooking spray then generously spray over vegetables. Bake on top rack 30-40 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
