Preheat oven to 180ºC fan forced.
- Crush Weet-Bix finely in a medium size mixing bowl. Add sifted flour, sugar and cinnamon and combine.
- Add milk to melted margarine then add to mix and fold together. Use your hands to get the crumble texture.
- Place pie apple in base of a casserole dish (8 cup capacity) then sprinkle crumble mixture over apple. Bake 40-45 minutes or until crumble is golden brown.

Suitable to be frozen.
Weet-Bix and apples provide added fibre to this low GI dessert. Serve with a small scoop of low fat ice-cream.
