Preheat oven 220ºC fan forced.
- Peel sweet potatoes and cut into slices then into chip shapes.
- Place chips on flat baking tray that has been coat with cooking spray. Coat chips generously with cooking spray.
- Bake on top rack of oven 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
Not suitable to be frozen.
Sweet potato has a low glycaemic index and by using this recipe the chips are also low in fat. This makes them ideal for people with diabetes.
