Method
- Combine all ingredients except tomato paste and bread in a medium size mixing bowl.
- Spread tomato paste over 2 slices of bread then top with pizza filling. Place remaining slices of bread on top.
- Cook in a sandwich or jaffle maker that has been coated with cooking spray until browned to your liking.
Not suitable to be frozen.

Annette has provided us with another low fat traditional food alternative. This time a fat reduced pizza that is also moderate in sodium (salt). I look forward to serving this for a lunch with my health conscious dietitian friends.
