2 cups macaroni pasta
2 cups skim milk
2 sachets Cheese Sauce powder
¾ cup (75g) 30% reduced fat tasty cheese freshly grated
2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese (Kraft®)

Method

  1. Cook pasta as directed on packet. Rinse well and leave to one side.
  2. Bring milk to boil using the same saucepan then add cheese sauce powder and whisk together.
  3. Add grated cheese, parmesan cheese and pepper to taste. Bring back to boil stirring continuously.
  4. Place noodles into sauce and fold until pasta is well coated.

Variation: Add ½ cup of fresh tomato diced.
