Difficulty | Makes 24 | Book 3
Preheat oven to 150ºC fan forced.
- Place all the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and fold together.
- Add golden syrup to melted margarine, mix together then add to dry mix. Combine ingredients together well.
- Roll about 1 teaspoon of mixture into a ball then place onto a large baking tray that has been coated with cooking spray. Flatten with the back of a fork.
- Repeat until you have 24 biscuits, allow space for biscuits to spread a little. Bake 20 minutes, leave to cool on tray.
Not suitable to be frozen.
Oats are high in fibre and have a low GI. This is a great snack idea Annette!
