Method
- Beat all ingredients together in a medium size mixing bowl except the bread until combined.
- Dip one bread slice at a time in milk mixture until coated.
- Fry bread in a non-stick frypan that has been generously coated with cooking spray for 4-5 minutes but don’t have heat too high as bread can burn.
- Turn and cook a further 4-5 minutes or until both sides are browned.
Suitable to be frozen.
