Method
- Cover base of a large saucepan with water, bring to boil, add onion and cook 2 minutes with lid on.
- Add cabbage, cook covered for 5 minutes (or until cooked to your liking).
- Stir in curry powder, stock powder, mince and noodles. Mix well.
Variation: For a low carb option replace pasta with glass noodles.
Suitable to be frozen.
