2 x 150g tubs vanilla Fruche® Light
1 x 175g tub vanilla Formé no fat yoghurt
1 x 420g can pitted black cherries drained
1 chilled Cherry Ripe® chocolate bar (52g)
¾ teaspoon coconut essence

Method

  1. Combine Fruche® and yoghurt in a medium size mixing bowl.
  2. Cut cherries in half, then add to bowl.
  3. Grate Cherry Ripe bar and place into mixture with essence. Stir ingredients together. Refrigerate until required.

Suitable to be frozen for 2-3 weeks

Note: If unable to locate Fruche®

Replace with a half serve of Symple Sweet Cream from book 3 as follows:

  • 250g low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/8 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 teas vanilla essence

Blend until smooth.
