1 cup chilled evaporated light milk
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
2 x 150g tubs vanilla Fruche® Light
3 teaspoons gelatine
¼ cup boiling water
¾ cup strawberry topping

Method

  1. Before you start make sure your milk is chilled.
  2. Combine chilled milk and essence in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric beater whip milk (3-4 minutes) until thick.
  3. Add Fruche®, beat until combined.
  4. Dissolve gelatine in a cup with boiling water stirring well until dissolved.
  5. Mix gelatine with topping then pour into milk mixture and beat until all ingredients are well combined. Pour into serving bowls and refrigerate until set.

Not suitable to be frozen.
