Method
- Cut steak into strips. Coat a non-stick frypan with cooking spray. Sauté steak until just cooked, remove from pan.
- Respray pan then add garlic, onion and capsicum, sauté for 3 minutes. Add spices and curry paste, cook for 30 seconds then add soy sauce.
- Combine water with cornflour then add to pan with peanut butter. Stir continuously until sauce boils and peanut butter is combined.
- Return rump to pan, coat with sauce and warm through.
Suitable to be frozen.
