Method
- Place dressing, garlic and mustard into a small container, secure lid and shake well.
- Tear lettuce into pieces.
- Place all vegetables in a large salad bowl with lettuce and toss together.
- Sprinkle feta, olives and dressing over salad and toss together coating ingredients well.
