Weekly Weight

To record your starting weight – click ADD WEIGHT. Type in your new current weight. Click UPDATE CHART.

To record your weekly weigh in – click ADD WEIGHT. Type in your new current weight. Click UPDATE CHART.

If you make a mistake – click on MODIFY LAST WEIGHT ENTRY and this will let you modify the last weigh-in you recorded.
