I once weighed 100 kilos and was getting fatter with every fad diet I tried. When I received that swimsuit photo in the mail (read my story here), I knew something had to change.
I knew that dieting was not the answer. Hello I was the diet queen and it wasn’t working because I was getting fatter and fatter. The day I saw that photo of me at 100 kilos I decided to become a healthy person. Even though I wasn’t sure what that meant, I knew I had to do something. I’d never been a healthy person so I didn’t know where to start, I hated being fat and had had enough, the problem was I didn’t know where to turn for help.
