Hi, I’m Annette Sym and my life changed the day I received that swimsuit photo in the mail.
Once I dried away the tears I decided, once and for all, that something had to change.
I knew that dieting was not the answer. Hello – I was the diet queen and it wasn’t working because I was getting fatter with every new fad diet I tried!
The day I saw that photo of me bulging out of a swimsuit at 100 kilos I decided to become a healthy person; even though I wasn’t sure what that meant. I just knew that if I was living a healthy lifestyle I wouldn’t be overweight.
I’d never been a healthy person so I didn’t know where to start, I hated being fat and had had enough, the problem was I didn’t know where to turn for weight loss support.
I’m happy to tell you it doesn’t have to be that way for you. I’m here to provide support, education and the tools to help you create new, healthy habits to achieve your weight loss goals. I lost 35 kilos in twenty months and have been in my healthy weight range since 1993. Believe me if I can do it, so can you.
