250g lean pork mince
1 egg white
½ teaspoon crushed garlic (in jar)
½ teaspoon crushed ginger (in jar)
2 tablespoons shallots finely sliced
1 sachet Asian Thai Red Curry Cup a Soup
¼ teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons soy sauce 43% less salt
cooking spray

Method

Preheat oven 180°C fan forced.

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except cooking spray and mix together well using your hands. Roll into 8 equal sized balls.
  2. Place balls on a flat baking tray that has been coated with cooking spray. Coat tops with cooking spray, bake 8 minutes then turn balls over and bake a further 8 minutes. Serve 4 balls each.

NOTE: You might like to dip in sweet chilli sauce (optional). Not included in nutritional information.

Suitable to be frozen.
