Method
- Chop gherkins 5 seconds in food processor or with a stick blender. Add capers, process for a few more seconds.
- Add mayonnaise, blend for 10 seconds. Scrape side of bowl, process a few seconds more. Refrigerate.
Not suitable to be frozen.
Dietitian's tip
A great sauce to have with fish. The Heart Foundation recommends that we have 3 serves of fish per week.
