Method
Preheat oven 180°C fan forced.
1: Remove core keeping apple whole.
2: Combine all dried fruit, stuff into apples.
3: Lightly score a circle through the skin around the centre of each apple using a small knife (this will stop skin bursting).
4: Place apples upright in a baking dish that is a quarter filled with water. Bake 45-50 minutes or until apples are cooked.
