Method
Preheat oven 230ÂșC fan forced.
1: Peel and wash potatoes, then dice into medium sized pieces.
2: Par boil in microwave in a little water for 5 to 6 minutes. Drain well.
3: Spread diced potatoes onto a flat baking tray that has been generously with cooking spray then spray over tops of potato as well. Sprinkle rosemary over potatoes.
4: Bake 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are browned, turning once.
