This soup is fabulous for weightloss, both filling, and really low in kilojoules. I often have this when I need to cut back, say after a holiday or when I have had a big weekend. As the days go by this soup does get thicker, so just add more water to get the right consistancy.
Hamburgers
Hamburgers sound harmless enough but don’t be fooled, especially by the drive-through options. Enjoy my guilt-free delicious homemade Hamburgers instead.
Fruit De Light
It’s unlikely you’ll find a tastier, lower calorie or lower fat dessert anywhere. This was my go-to dessert when I was losing my weight. Enjoy!

Curry Tuna Risoni
My Curry Tuna Risoni recipe was inspired by the good old Rice A Riso from the ’80’s. Lots of great flavours come together to make this simple recipe.
Corn Fritters
Everything old is new again. Corn Fritters have become trendy again in all the good cafes. They make a great alternative to cereal or toast for breakfast.
Chicken and Bacon Pasta Bake
Chicken and Bacon Pasta Bake – the name is enough to make your mouth water. All the creamy goodness of a traditional creamy bake but so much lower in fat.
Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake sounds so healthy but a traditional version is laden with lots of unneccessary fats. My version is low in fat and high in taste.
Buttermilk Pancakes with Strawberry Sauce
My Buttermilk Pancakes with Strawberry Sauce make a great weekend breakfast; a nice change from cereal or toast. Including fruit adds fibre and nutrients.
