Method
Preheat oven 180ºC fan forced.
- Base: Combine flour, finely crushed Weet-Bix®, sultanas and brown sugar in a medium size mixing bowl
- Melt margarine then add the golden syrup and milk mixing together. Pour margarine mixture into dry ingredients and combine well.
- Press mixture using your hand evenly over base of a slab tin (18cm x 28cm) that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake 20-25 minutes or until browned.
- Icing: Combine icing ingredients together in a small mixing bowl mixing until smooth. Pour icing over slice while still hot. Leave to cool. Cut into slices when cold.
