Cauliflower Au Gratin

600g cauliflower
2 tablespoons (30g) Flora® Light margarine
2 tablespoons plain flour
1½ cups skim milk warmed in microwave
pepper
⅓ cup (33g) 30% reduced fat tasty cheese freshly grated

Method

  1. Boil or microwave cauliflower to your liking.
  2. While cauliflower is cooking melt margarine in a medium size saucepan, add flour and mix together.
  3. Gradually add warmed milk and vigorously beat using a whisk to avoid lumps until white sauce is made. Pepper to taste. Leave to one side for 5 minutes to allow sauce to thicken.
  4. Place cauliflower in a casserole dish and pour sauce over, sprinkle cheese on top. Place under griller until cheese is golden brown.

Suitable to be frozen for 2-3 weeks.
