Just add water and go!
Directions for use: Pour 250ml of chilled water in a shaker or blender, add contents of one sachet, blend or shake for 30 seconds.
Vanilla is such a versatile flavour – you can add frozen or fresh fruit to blend with the shake for variety
OR add 2 teaspoons (or to taste) instant coffee to the mix for a Vanilla Coffee shake
OR add 2 teaspoons sifted cocoa (Plaistowe®) for a Vanilla Chocolate shake.
Substitute 250ml of unsweetened almond milk for water for a creamier shake.
