The questions below help me to work out the correct level for your menu plans, please answer as accurately as possible.

Inactive to light activity - Low level activities such as reading, sitting, driving, sedentary work e.g. office work and no planned activity over 30 minutes a day. Low to moderate exercise 1-2 times a week.
Moderate activity - Regular planned moderate level activity 4-5 times a week of more than 30 minutes e.g. yoga, tai chi or gardening. Also, active housework, active work e.g. waiter, busy shop assistant.
Substantial activity - Regular planned activity 5-6 times a week of more than 45 minutes that increases heart rate e.g. brisk walking, swimming, bike riding or aerobics. Also, manual labour.
