I have been a fan of Annette’s cookbooks since book 1 was launched so when I decided to get serious about losing weight I knew where to turn. My wake-up call came in August 2012 when I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I started using Annette’s recipes and meal plans to get the weight off and also signed up for the 12 week mentoring program which really helped keep me focused and motivated and taught me new things. I am now happy to report my cholesterol has dropped from 5.3 to 3.4, my A1C level is now a healthy 5.3% and I have lost 40 kilos.
Being a food addict, I had tried MANY diets with the same mediocre results, only to put the weight back on. However I have achieved my greatest success while not dieting at all! With the help of the Symply Too Good cookbooks, I've found the healthy new me I'd been so desperately searching for. Having slipped a few times, I find the Masterclass (Book 6) is a great tool to get back on track and I've now lost over 38 kilos.
When people say "have you lost weight?",and "how did you do it?", I just say "It's Symply Too Good To Be True" and it is. I have lost nearly 35 kilos in 12 months without really trying. I am now down to 65 kilos, and never once have I felt hungry. The books are easy to use, quick to make, and most of all very very yummy. Plus Annette is always willing to help whenever I have emailed her. It is not a diet, its a lifestyle change, and yes it is Symply Too Good To Be True, and oh so easy.
Just want to tell you once again how fantastic your cookbooks are. I made the Chicken Pomodoro from book 6 for a dinner party last night . Not only was it easy to make it looked great and tasted amazing. I must say all the books are great and not like some cook books that may have 1 or 2 good recipes, all your recipes are easy and delicious.
Snacking after dinner is deadly to weight loss. Annette's shake fills me up for hours.

Well I have just completed your 28day challenge yesterday and i have lost 5.9kg. It was so easy. I am continuing the challenge and changing a few of the main evening meals for a difference.. It has made such a difference in my life, and only for the better, my family are my inspiration xoxo

My reality check came at 40. I saw photos of myself on my holiday to celebrate my 40th and I was disgusted. My mother had been having health problems due to her weight most of her life. I didn't want to repeat history so decided it was time to act. Using your books I lost 18kgs, gradually over a 12 month period and am now maintaining my new healthy weight. I love food so it's great to know that I can still eat the food I love and lose weight. Maintaining my loss, I use your cookbooks often and have started experimenting with my own low-fat versions of other dishes I enjoy. Thanks and keep it coming.
Thank you so much Annette. After being on your 28 Day Weightloss Masterclass for the last 5 weeks, my weight has decreased to 95.9kgs. That is a loss of 6.7kgs. I now do regular exercise 4 times a week and walk regularly as well. I am definitely on my way to becoming the best person I can be. Your book has been invaluable in helping me to achieve this.
