hi annette,I have all your books except book 3. I have been using them for a few years, off and on.I dont realy have a weight problem but I find when I am on my healthy eating plan,I loose the sugar cravings.I had put on 1 stone in a year while looking
after my elderly mother because of lack of exersise because I stopped work for one year. When my mum went to a hostel,I thought to myself I will loose that weight in one year without dietingI would give myself a year to loose the weight.I had lost half of
it and have till april this year.But wasn't using your recipes, i was eating comfort food and sandwiches,no fruit or vegies or meat.Now i realise that i need your eating plan again, not only to loose the half stone but because I feel much healthier.I have
10 grandchildren and I would love to give a copy of this e-book to my sons and daughters,so they can use the recipes for thier children.cheers Wilhelmina

to tell you what a change your recipes have brought to our lives and
just at the right time. My husband has cholesterol and high blood
pressure problems and I’ve been battling a weight problem for years,
plus Yo-yo dieting. My husband has lost 8kg and I’ve lost 10kg. We
