I would just like to say a "BIG Thank You" for those lovely recipe books. I found that there is no quick fix but slowly and surely. I had my thyroid out 2 years ago and beforehand it had affected me mentally & physically and I put on 30 kilos. I was 108kg at Christmas and today, May 2nd, my weight it 92 kilos. I have found that variety, eating low fat and exercise is getting off a kilo a week or just under. I am nearly 56 years old and feel years younger and healthier already. You have also taught me how to adjust other recipes I have. My husband said 'it's like eating out each night without having to pay the bill'. Thai chicken stir fry tonight! Thank you again Annette!
