Spritzer:
Place 3-4 drops of your chosen synergy oil into your 50ml Spritzer Bottle filled with filtered water. Shake the bottle and spritz. Use as often as you feel you would like!

Massage Carrier Oil:
Pour 10ml of carrier oil into a small dish and add 5 drops of your chosen synergy blend.  Alternatively you can use the carrier oil on its own or add 50 drops of synergy oil to the 100ml carrier oil bottle.
