What a fantastic book 6. I received my signed copy in the mail yesterday and have read it from cover to cover already. I intend to use some of the recipes this week and look forward to using your healthy tips for weight reducing and follow your healthy eating plan for the 28 days and see how I go increasing my fitness and trimming a few cms as well as kilos.
