I never ate breakfast due to my mornings being so hectic, which has contributed to my weight gain over the years. Since beginning the Premium Breakfast Shakes a few weeks ago I have more lasting energy during the morning. I am not hungry at all and my weight has reduced, but most importantly I no longer have an excuse to skip breakfast as they are so yummy and quick to prepare. I have tried just about every weight loss shake on the market and these by far are my favourite! Thank you so much Annette and team.
