My reality check came at 40. I saw photos of myself on my holiday to celebrate my 40th and I was disgusted. My mother had been having health problems due to her weight most of her life. I didn't want to repeat history so decided it was time to act. Using your books I lost 18kgs, gradually over a 12 month period and am now maintaining my new healthy weight. I love food so it's great to know that I can still eat the food I love and lose weight.
