Thanks for the great tips, my daughter and I have been using your cookbooks for quite a long time.  We had both put on a lot of weight over the previous 12 months, I was particularly depressed as I was feeling very obese at 110kg.  Late August last year we started counting calories and exercising, over a 6 month period we both lost 20kg.  I am now feeling more in control of my own body and hope to lose another 10 kg or so over the next 6 months.  My daughter is now at her goal weight.
