I’ve had a lot of enquiries from people who have been told by Newsagents that my 6 cookbooks have been recalled. This recall, or ‘stock take’ which describes this process better, happens once a year and involves sending all stock back to my distributors central warehouse. The stock is then counted, cleaned and sent back at a later date.
