Annette flew down to Sydney last week to talk with Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies on Channel 7’s The Morning Show about the best way to get through Christmas without packing on the kilos. Larry and Kylie were very excited about Annette’s new Christmas Survival Guide eBook. Kylie was amazed how delicious the fruit mince pies were, and Larry ate it all and LOVED it!
If you missed the segment or want to watch it again, or haven't yet got your fr'ee copy of Annette's Christmas Survival Guide eBook, then you can do so via the links below. Read more >

On Monday 11th of July I was fortunate enough to meet the amazing Simon McKeon, Social Entrepreneur and 2011 Australian of the Year. Simon's story was very inspiring and we had a lovely chat at the end of his presentation. Simon loves supporting the community and great charities like World Vision Australia in which he continues to be involved with the Global Poverty Project and Red Dust Role Models, which works with remote Indigenous communities.
I myself sponsor two gorgeous boys, Domingo and Melvin, from Nicaragua. It's wonderful seeing how they have blossomed over the years and if you can support this wonderful charity, please visit World Vision Australia's website below to find out how. Read more >

Christmas. Elizabeth.
lost 9.9 kg since mid November 2011! I don't feel like I am doing it on my own, and for me, that makes all the difference. I can't wait for my BMI to get into the healthy range, and to know that my health risks are so reduced on what they have been.
