With 2 sleeps till the launch of my new book I'm not sleeping so well, my brain just won't switch off.


Filming Today Tonight today (they say will air maybe Thur or Fri) So excited! My thought today is ... having a good nights sleep can actually help you lose weight. If your tired you are more likely to grab sugar snack...s to keep you alert so get lots of zzzzz's in so you don't fall into this trap.

Happy Wednesday...If you know my story you know a picture taken at the beach when I was 100 kilos changed my life.It was the lowest moment & instead of feeling sorry for myself I made a life changing decision to lose weight the healthy way.
