Thank you Annette, your books have been my greatest inspiration to losing weight. I have been overweight from the age of 7. Over the years I just gradually got bigger. I had tried every diet and joined almost every club, only ever with short-term success, the diets were always so boring. I lost 88lbs in 18 months and feel truly wonderful. Both my husband and myself have done the 28day plan in your book, both lost weight and really like the food. Have since been to the doctor for blood results and was told every thing was perfect. Better than a year ago, so was rapt. Have even cut the blood pressure tablet in half which has been great due to the weight loss and exercise we do now. Thank You.

I would just like to say a "BIG Thank You" for those lovely recipe books. I found that there is no quick fix but slowly and surely. I had my thyroid out 2 years ago and beforehand it had affected me mentally & physically and I put on 30 kilos. I was 108kg at Christmas and today, May 2nd, my weight it 92 kilos. I have found that variety, eating low fat and exercise is getting off a kilo a week or just under. I am nearly 56 years old and feel years younger and healthier already. You have also taught me how to adjust other recipes I have. My husband said 'it's like eating out each night without having to pay the bill'. Thai chicken stir fry tonight! Thank you again Annette!

Love all the recipes and when my husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer last year and advised to lose weight, bought your series of books and thoroughly enjoyed.    He actually went from 92kg to 79kg, so very pleasing to the doctor.    It is now over 12 months and little weight has crept back, but we are very conscious of the need to maintain.
